Tapping Siri Shortcuts opens the list of supported actions, where users can create, manage, or remove shortcuts based on their workflow.

Home Screen Quick Actions allow users to customize the actions displayed when they long-press the Bigin app icon on the Home Screen.

Users can configure the quick actions they use frequently like adding task, call, record, event or viewing specific views of tasks, events, calls, records, etc., enabling faster access to common tasks directly from the Home Screen without launching the app first.
