Setting User Preferences in Bigin iOS

Preferences allow users to personalize their Bigin app experience by configuring notifications, startup behavior, calling preferences, language, field display, and haptic feedback. These settings help users tailor the app to suit their workflow and device preferences.

To access the Preference tab

  1. Tap Preference in the Settings page to be redirected to the Preference page.

Notifications

Users can configure push notifications in order to stay informed about important events, including activity reminders, mentions in notes, and updates to records they own or follow.
Notes

In the notification tab, users can:
  1. Customize how they want their notifications to be previewed according to the module and its fields (Only a maximum of five fields can be added)
  2. Configure the list of actions that they can perform from the notification preview, without opening the app. (Only a maximum of three actions can be added)
  3. Choose the sound they want to be played in order to notify them.
  4. Personalize the information that is displayed in a notification when the device is locked.
  5. Group notifications in order to view more information at a glance and manage multiple notifications at once.

Default first screen

Users can choose the screen that opens by default whenever they launch the Bigin app between:
