Users can view their user profile, organization profile and the subscription details of the organization in the settings module.
User profile
To access user profile
- Tap the photo icon in the settings page to be redirected to the User profile page.
The user profile section presents the sign-in user's information like
- Photo
- User role and profile
- Email Id
- Mobile/Phone
- Website
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Locale language
- Country locale
- Time zone
- Name format (order of salutation, first name and last name)
- Sort order preferences
Users can also edit their details using the edit icon on the top-right corner of the User profile page.
Organization profile
To access organization details
- Tap Organization in the settings page to be redirected to the Organization profile page.
The Organization section provides information about the Bigin organization that the user belongs to like:
- Organization name
- Logo
- Phone/Mobile
- Fax
- Website
- Description about the organization
- Address
- Currency details
- Time Zone
- Super admin of the organization
Subscription details
The Subscription section provides an overview of the organization's current Bigin subscription where users can view their current subscription plan.
Users with the necessary administrative permissions can also manage, upgrade, or renew the organization's subscription.
