How to add a note to a pipeline record?
Method - 1
To add a note
1. Open the Bigin app on your smartphone.
2. Navigate to the Pipelines 
module.
3. Select the desired pipeline record.
4. Switch to the Notes tab.
5. Tap the Add 
icon at the bottom right of the screen.
6. Enter the information you want to save.
7. Include an attachment
if necessary,
8. Tap Done when the note is complete.
Note: You may also use Scribble Mode to fill in a text box:
Tap the Scribble 
icon at the top right of the screen.
The bottom half of your screen will present a scribble board that allows you to use your finger or stylus to write text.
Method - 2
To add a note
1. Navigate to the Pipelines 
module.
2. Select the desired company record.
3. Tap the Add 
icon at the bottom right of the screen.
4. Select Note 
from the options.
5. Enter the information you want to save.
6. Include an attachment
if necessary.
7. Tap the Tick 
icon when the note is complete.
