2. Navigate to the Pipelines  module.

3. Switch to the appropriate stage.

4. Tap the Add  icon  at the bottom right of the screen.

Tapping on the icon will open an add form with the fields set up on the web application.

5. Enter the relevant information and tap Tick  icon when you're done to create a new record successfully.
