How to delete files of a contact record?
To delete a file
1. Open the Bigin app on your smartphone.
2. Navigate to the Contacts 
module.
3. Select the desired contact record.
4. Switch to the Files tab.
5. Tap the More
icon next to the desired file name.
6. Tap Delete.
7. Select Delete in the confirmation prompt to remove the file permanently.
