How to enable call duration capture for a call?

To enable call duration capture

1. Open the Bigin app on your smartphone.
2. Tap the More  icon at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Select Settings .
4. Look for the title Capture call duration.
5. Enable call duration capture by tapping the toggle switch .
6. Tap Allow in the permission prompt that opens.

Note: Permission to access device call logs is needed for this feature to work. No other call info will be read or stored in Bigin.
