Android - Manage records
Go to the desired module.
Tap the Add Record icon.
Specify the record's details.
Tap the OK icon.
To edit a record, tap the Edit icon in the record details page.
Modify the details, then tap the OK icon.
View record details
Go to the desired module, then tap the record you want to view. The following details will be visible as tabs:
Info tab - Displays all the available information about the record, such as name, email, and phone number.
Available in all modules.Timeline tab - Displays an overview of all the actions carried out in a record.
Available in Contacts, Companies and Pipelines modules.Stage History tab - Track the progress of a deal at each stage.
Available in Pipelines module.
Notes tab - View and create notes related to the record.
Available in all modules.Files tab - View and upload files related to the record.
Available in all modules.Pipelines tab - Displays team pipelines related to the record. Available in all the modules except the Activities module.
Related tab - View open activities, closed activities, pipelines, and contacts related to the record.
Available in the Contacts and Pipelines modules.
