What happens if I have both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business Messaging apps installed?
The WhatsApp Quick Action icon will be enabled only if the phone number is filled with a personal WhatsApp number. If the contact is saved with a WhatsApp Business number, the WhatsApp Quick Action icon will not be enabled, even if WhatsApp Business is pre-installed. We will provide support for this in future updates.
If the interaction needs to be done with whatsapp Business Message, tap on the messaging icon
in Bigin. From the "Send message via"options, select WhatsApp Business to communicate with the customer.
