iPhone - Apple has deducted the amount from my card, but my Bigin subscription has not been activated. What do I do?

To activate a subscription

1. Go to Settings in your Bigin mobile app.
2. Tap Upgrade under the Subscription tab.

3. Select the Restore Purchases option. All subscriptions for your account will be activated if there are any valid purchases.
