iPhone - How can I change my payment method from the Bigin mobile app to the web app?
To switch your payment method to the web app, you must first cancel your Bigin subscription purchased via the mobile app.
To cancel your mobile-purchased subscription
1. Open the Bigin mobile app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings > Tap on the existing plan under the Subscription tab.
3. Select Manage Subscription. The list of plans will be displayed.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.
5. Select Confirm in the confirmation popup.
Once you cancel your subscription on the mobile app, you can purchase it using the web app.
