iPhone - How to cancel your subscription through Apple?
Steps to cancel a subscription through Apple
1. Tap on this link.
2. Select Bigin by Zoho CRM.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Select Confirm in the confirmation popup.
Steps to cancel a subscription through Bigin
1. Open the Bigin app on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings > Tap on the existing plan under the Subscription tab.
3. Select Manage Subscription. The list of plans will be displayed.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.
5. Select Confirm in the confirmation popup.
Steps to cancel a subscription through the App Store
1. Go to the App Store app in iPhone.
2. Tap the user image at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Select Subscriptions > Bigin by Zoho CRM.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.
5. Select Confirm in the confirmation popup.
