Import contacts from your device

1. Go to the Contacts module.
   
2. Tap the Add record icon > Tap Import from Contacts.
   
   Alternatively, you can also go to Settings > Tap the Import Contacts option.
3. Select the contacts you want to import into your Bigin account.
   
4. Tap Import.

Note:

1. You can import up to 250 contacts at a time from your device in free edition and 2000 contacts at a time in express edition.
   
2. If you face any validation issues at the time of import you can resolve them by editing the Contact or by skipping the import of that contact. For example, Bigin will not let you import two contacts with the same email address. You can either resolve the issue by entering an alternate email address or skip the contact during import.
   
   

Export contacts from your device

1. Go to the Contacts module > Open the desired record.
   
2. Tap the More icon > Tap Export.
   
   

Exporting contacts in bulk is available for Express edition only.

1. Go to Settings.
   
2. Tap the Export Contacts option > Select the contacts you want to export.
   
3. Tap Export.
