2. Navigate to the Activities  module.

3 Switch to the Tasks tab.

4 Tap the Add  icon at the top left of the screen.

A form for adding a task will open, featuring the fields configured on the web application.

5. Fill the mandatory fields and tap "Save" when you're done.
