1. Open the Bigin app on your iPad.

2. Navigate to the Activities  module.

3. Switch to the Calls tab.

4. Select the desired call record.

5. In the Info screen that opens, select the Edit  icon at the top right of the screen.

After making any necessary changes to the record's information, tap the "Save" button at the top right of the screen.
