How to enable/disable sending diagnostics and usage statistics?
To send information
1. Open the Bigin app on your iPad.
2. Tap on Settings 
at the bottom right of the screen.
Under "Manage Privacy", you can find the title "Privacy & Security".
3. Tap on Privacy & Security > Send Diagnostics and Usage Statistics.
4. Tap the toggle switch 
to enable sending diagnostics and usage statistics.
Info: Once you have enabled sending this information, we'll collect and send diagnostics and usage statistics to improve our service.
Similarly,
To stop sending diagnostics and usage statistics, simply tap the toggle switch 
once again.
Note: To maintain your privacy, you have the option to select the 'Send Anonymously' 
checkbox when submitting diagnostics, usage statistics, and crash reports.
