How do I manage WhatsApp messages in Bigin after integration?

Once you integrate Bigin with WhatsApp using Bigin web, you can manage and track your WhatsApp messages directly within the Bigin app. You can view, send, and receive messages through the Messages module and the Message Tab in the Contact Detail view.  
  1. Messages Module : This module can be accessed by tapping on the More  option and selecting the "Messages module".
  2. Messages Tab: In the contact detail view, you can find the Messages tab. This tab displays individual conversations with contacts, making it easier to track and manage interactions. To access it, simply swipe right.
