How to add tasks, events, calls to a company record?

Method - 1

To add tasks, events, calls

1. Open the Bigin app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to the Contacts  module.
3. Switch to the Companies tab.
4. Select the desired company record.
5. Tap the  icon at the top right of the screen.
6. Select either a Task , Event , or Call  from the dropdown.

Tapping on one of the options will open an add form with the fields set up on the web application.

7. Enter the relevant information and tap "Save" when you're done.

Method - 2

To add tasks, events, calls

1. Select the desired company record.
2. Switch to the Related tab.
3. Tap the  icon next to "Open Activities".
4. Select either a Task , Event , or Call  from the dropdown.

Tapping on one of the options will open an "Add form" with the fields set up on the web application.

5. Enter the relevant information and tap "Save" when you're done.
