2. Navigate to the Pipelines  module.

3. Switch to the appropriate stage.

4. Tap the Add  icon at the top right of the screen.

Tapping on the button will open an add form with the fields set up on the web application.

5. Enter the relevant information and tap "Save" when you're done to create a new record successfully.
