How to select an alert tone for notifications from the app?
To select an alert tone
1. Open the Bigin app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the More 
icon at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Select Settings 
.
Under "General", you can find the title "Notifications".
4. Tap on Notifications > Sound.
5. In the screen that opens, tap on the Alert Category dropdown
.
6. Select "By Organization".
Once you've selected the alert category, you can tap on the title of the desired organization under "Alert Tone" to set its respective alert tone from the list of available sounds.
