How to submit feedback?
To submit feedback
1. Open the Bigin app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the More 
icon at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Select Settings 
.
4. Switch to the Help & Support tab that is adjacent the title "Settings".
5. Tap on "Submit Feedback".
6. Enter your feedback in the text box.
7. Add an attachment 
if necessary.
8. Enable or disable "Include System Logs".
9. Tap "Submit" when you're done.
