How to view the details of a call record?

To view call details

1. Open the Bigin app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to the Activities  module.
3. Switch to the Calls tab.
4. Tap on the desired call record.

Based on the nature of the call-specific information you are looking for, tap on the corresponding tab: Info or Notes.
