iPhone - Sort your records

You can sort your records based on how you want to see your data. For example, if you’re working in Contacts, you can find sorting criteria relating to that module like First Name, Contact Owner, or Last Name. Similarly, you can sort the records in the Pipelines module with criteria like Deal Name, Amount, or Deal Owner.

 

To sort your records 

1. Go to the desired module.
   The records will be listed based on the selected list view.
2. Tap on the Sort icon.
   
3. Select a criteria from the dropdown.
   
   
4. Select the order in which you want to sort the records – Ascending or Descending order.
   
   
5. Tap Apply when you're done.

Info: You can also sort the records in the list view in ascending/descending order by simply pulling down the Sort icon.
