What is the WhatsApp Quick Action icon in Bigin?

The WhatsApp Quick Action icon in Bigin enables effortless communication with customers directly from the Bigin mobile app. When a contact has a valid phone number, the WhatsApp Quick Action icon present in the Details View of the Contacts module will be enabled. Tapping the icon redirects you to your WhatsApp application, allowing you to send messages directly to the respective customers.

Note:

For WhatsApp Quick Action to work, WhatsApp must be pre-installed in your mobile phone and Contact record should contain a valid phone number.
