How to add a note to a pipeline record?

Method - 1

To add a note

1. Open the Bigin app on your Mac.

2. Navigate to the Pipelines  module.

3. Select the desired pipeline record.

4. Switch to the Notes tab.

5. Click the Add Note button.

6. Enter the information you want to save.

7. Include an attachmentif necessary,

8. Click "Done" when the note is complete.

Method - 2

 To add a note

1. Navigate to the Pipelines  module.

2. Select the desired pipeline record.

3. Click the Add  icon at the top right of the screen.

4. Select Notes from the dropdown.

5. Enter the information you want to save.

6. Include an attachmentif necessary.

7. Click "Done" when the note is complete.
