How to communicate with your Contact's WhatsApp number directly from Bigin?

  1. Navigate to the Contacts module in the Bigin mobile app.
  2. Select the contact you wish to communicate with.
  3. You will see a WhatsApp icon alongside the message, call, and email icons.
  4. Tap the WhatsApp icon to be redirected to the contact's WhatsApp chat.
