2. Navigate to the Pipelines  module.

3. Switch to the appropriate stage.

4. Click the Add  icon at the top left of the screen.

Clicking on the button will open an add form with the fields set up on the web application.

5. Enter the relevant information and click "Save" when you're done to create a new record successfully.
