2. Click Bigin in the menu bar that runs along the top of the screen.

3. Select Preferences in the dropdown to open Settings in Bigin.

4. Switch to the Help & Support tab that is adjacent the title Settings.

5. Click on Submit Feedback.

6. Enter your feedback in the text box.

7. Add an attachmentif necessary.

8. Enable or disable Include System Logs.

9. Click Submit when you're done.
