Events are carried out at the given place and given time for your customers. You can repeat the event that you have created and also set up a reminder.
There are two ways of creating an Event.
From the activities module.
From the record details page
From contacts or Pipeline list view
To create an event from the Activities module.
Login to your Bigin account.
Click on the Activities module.
Click + Event.
In the Create Event window, do the following:
Enter the Title of the event.
Click +Location to add a location for the event.
Click +Description, to add a short note on the event.
Choose the From and To date and time of the event.
To repeat the Event, do the following:
Click + Repeat. The event can be chosen to be repeated until the specified date or for a specified number of times.
Choose the frequency from every day, every week, every month and every year.
If you want to repeat the event until a particular date, click until the drop-down list and specify the date.
If you want to repeat the event for certain number of times, click For and enter the number of times.
To add a reminder, do the following:
Click +Reminder
Specify when you want to be reminded along with the time. For example, 10 minutes before start time
Select the contacts, companies, pipeline records with whom the event is related to.
Choose the event host from the drop-down list.
Add the participants.The participants can be Contacts or Users.
If you want to invite members who are not a part of your Bigin account, add their email in the Invite by email text box.
Click Save.
Click Save & New to save the event and create a new one.
To create a Event from the record details page
Go to Contacts,Companies or Pipeline module.
Select the record for whom you would like to add an Event.
In the record details page, click on the Activities tab. A list of activities related to the record will be displayed.
Click +Event.
Enter the event details and click Save.
Click Save & New, to save the event and create a new one.

Edit a Event
You can edit the event from the Event details page, from the Event list view or from the record details page.
To edit a record from Event list view
Hover over the Event that you would like to edit and click the Edit icon.
Make the necessary changes and click Save.
To edit an Event from the details page
Go to the Activities module.
Select the Event that you would like to edit.
In the event details page, click the Edit button.
Make necessary changes and click Save.
To edit the Event from Record details page
Go to the Contacts, Companies or Pipeline module.
Select the Record whose associated Event you would like to edit.
Select the Activities tab.
Hover over the Event you would like to edit and click More > Edit.
Make the necessary changes and click Save.
Cloning an Event
If you are creating a Event, that is very much similar to an existing Event, you can clone them.
To clone an Event
Go to the Activities module.
Select the Event that you would like to clone.
Click More > Clone.
In the Create Event window, make changes and click Save.
Deleting Events
You can delete the Events that you have created in the following ways.
From the Activities module.
From the Event details page
From the Record details page.
To delete Event from the Activities module
Go to the Activities module.
Hover over the Event that you want to delete, click More > Delete.
If you want to delete multiple Events, select those events and click More > Delete.
The deleted Events will be moved to the Recycle Bin. You can restore them or completely delete them from Bigin.
To delete a Event from Event details page
Go to the Activities module.
Select the event that you would like to delete.
Click More > Delete.
To delete a Event from Record details page
Go to the Contacts,Companies or Pipeline Module.
Select the Record.
Click on the Activities tab.
Hover over the Event that you would like to delete, click More > Delete.
