1. Go to the Contacts module.
   
2. Select the view from which you would like to select the records.
   
3. Select the records to whom you would like to send an email by enabling the checkbox.
   
4. Click Send Email.
   
5. Compose your message/Choose a template and click Send.
   
   

Add Tags

1. Select the records to which you would like to add Tags.
   
2. Click More > Add Tags.
   
3. In the Add Tags popup, enter the tags that you would like to add to the selected records.
   
4. Enable the checkbox to overwrite existing tags with the new tags that you have entered.
   
   
   

Remove Tags

1. Select the records to which you would like to remove tags.
   
2. Click More > Remove Tags.
   
3. Select the tags that you would like to remove and click Remove.
   
   

Update Field

1. Select the records whose chosen field you would like to update.
   
2. Click More > Update Field.
   
3. Select a field from the drop-down list.
   
4. Enter the new field entry and click Save.
   
   

Change Owner

1. Select the records whose owner you would like to change.
   
2. Click More > Change Owner.
   
3. Select the Owner from the Change Owner drop-down list.
   
4. Enable the checkbox to assign open activities to the new owner.
   
   

Delete Records

1. Select the records that you would like to delete.
   
2. Click More > Delete.
   
3. Click Move to Recycle Bin in the popup.
   

Export

At times you may want to get a copy of selected records in your Bigin account. When that is the case, simply select the records, click  More >  Export.
