Booking pages and its types

Booking pages are online scheduling pages that allow customers to view your services, check availability, and book appointments. They provide a self-service booking experience while automatically applying your availability, scheduling rules, and booking preferences. You can use booking pages to share your services with customers through a booking link that lets them schedule appointments at their convenience.

1. How booking pages work

Booking pages can be shared with customers, allowing them to schedule appointments at their convenience. They display real-time availability by considering your connected calendars and applying the scheduling rules configured. As a result, customers can book suitable time slots without the need for repeated back-and-forth communication.

1.1 Types of booking pages

Booking page type	Description
Business booking page	Allows customers to book services/even types across all workspaces from a single page
Workspace booking page	Lists all event types within a specific workspace
Event type booking page	Displays booking for a single event type only
User booking page	Lists all event types offered by a specific user

Info: All the above booking pages have a unique booking link that can be shared with your clients to make the booking.

Who can access this feature?
Available on	All plans
Super admin and admins	Can manage all booking pages
Workspace admins and managers	Can view and modify settings of booking pages under their assigned workspaces
Staff	Can view all booking pages under their assigned workspaces and modify themes only of their own booking page

2. Steps to access booking page links

Switch to the required workspace by clicking the workspace name at the top left.
Click Booking Pages in the left pane. This lists all the booking pages under the selected workspace.

All the event type booking pages under the current workspace will be listed on the left side
All the user booking pages assigned under the current workspace will be listed on the right side

Access the below options for each booking page.

Click Share to send the booking page link to your clients and let them book an appointment.
Click Open page to access the live booking page.
Click Themes and Layouts to customize the booking page appearance to your preference.
Click the Settings icon under the Event Type booking page to modify various settings of those pages.
Click Themes and Layouts icon under Users booking page to set a theme for it.

Points to note

You can share a booking page link where an event type and a user are preselected, as explained in this page.
