Booking pages and its types

1. In a nutshell
The Booking page is an interactive webpage that allows customers to select the event type, date, time, user, and book an appointment. It consolidates the appointments' availability and shows the slots accordingly.

- Available for all plans
- Roles
- Super admins and admins can manage all booking pages
- Workspace admins and managers can view and modify settings of booking pages under their assigned workspaces
- Staff can view all booking pages under their assigned workspaces and modify themes only of their own booking page.
3. Overview
Booking pages are webpages that can be accessed by anyone on the internet and allow customers to self-schedule appointments with your business. It can be shared in multiple ways to your customers to facilitate booking. Its primary objective is to provide hassle-free scheduling without to-and-fro communications repeatedly. It consolidates your availability by syncing with multiple calendars and applying all the scheduling rules you've set.
Zoho Bookings have four types of booking pages:
- Business booking page - This page displays all workspaces under your organization, allowing customers to book event types across multiple workspaces from a single page.
- Workspace booking page - This page lists all the event types under a particular workspace. Customers can choose an event type and book an appointment.
- Event Type booking page - This page is specific to a single event type. It is ideal when you want the client to book only a specific event type.
- User booking page - This page lists all the event types that a particular user offers. it allows clients to book appointments with a particular user, showcasing only the event types they provide.
Info: All the above booking pages have a unique booking link that can be shared with your clients to make the booking.
4. Steps to access booking page links
- Switch to the required workspace by clicking the workspace name at the top left.
- Click Booking Pages in the left pane. This lists all the booking pages under the selected workspace.
- Access the workspace booking page on the top left
- Access your booking page on the top right
- All the event type booking pages under the current workspace will be listed on the left side
- All the user booking pages assigned under the current workspace will be listed on the right side
- Access the below options for each booking page.
- Click Share to send the booking page link to your clients and let them book an appointment.
- Click Open page to access the live booking page.
- Click Themes and Layouts to customize the booking page appearance to your preference.
- Click the Settings icon
under the Event Type booking page to modify various settings of those pages.
- Click Themes and Layouts icon
under Users booking page to set a theme for it.

- You can share a booking page link where an event type and a user are preselected, as explained in this page.
