1. In a nutshell

Multiple users can be assigned to an event type. When an appointment is booked for that event type, any one of the assigned users will be scheduled by checking their availability. You can manage these users in the Assigned Users settings.

2. Feature availability

• Available for all plans.
• Roles 

• Super admins and admins can manage assigned users for all workspaces
• Workspace admins can manage them in their assigned workspaces
• Managers and staff can only view those users

3. Overview

Under the Assigned Users settings, you can view the list of users assigned for the event type. You can also assign new users or unassign existing users for an event type. 

4. Steps to manage assigned users

1. Go to the required workspace and click Event Types on the left side pane. The event types added under the selected workspace will be listed.
   
   
2. Select the required event type and click the Assigned Users tab on the left side pane. Here, you can view the list of users assigned for the event type. 
   
   

• To unassign a user, hover over the required user and click the Remove icon . 
  
• You can search through the assigned users list by entering the required user's name in the Search bar.
• Click the +Assign Users button on the right side to assign other users. In the slider that opens at the right, select the checkbox of users to assign to the event type and click Assign. 
  

5. Points to note

• If there is no user assigned to an event type, it will not be available to customers for booking.
