Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.
Staff members are your employees who will offer direct services to your customers.
Adding employees as staff members to your account gives them the ability to perform various activities such as creating workspaces, adding services, creating appointments, canceling or rescheduling appointments, and so on. The level of access depends on the role assigned to the staff member.
You can assign different roles to your employees—
Admin,
Manager, and
Staff—so that each employee has the required level of access to various settings and information.
Add a Staff
- To add staff, click Staff option at the menu bar.

- Click the + icon near the Staff section.
You (super admin who created the account) will be added as a staff member by default. The super admin cannot be removed from the account.
- On the Add New Staff page, enter the following information:
- Staff Name - Name of the staff member. This field supports 2 to 50 letters.
- Staff Email Address - Email address of the staff to which the invite will be sent. Email notifications to the staff will be sent to this email address.
- Contact Number - SMS notifications to the staff will be sent to the phone number specified here.
- Role - Role to be assigned to the staff member. Learn more about the different roles.
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Assigned Services - Associate the staff member to required services.

- Click Save.
- You will be redirected to the Staff section where the new staff member will be listed. The Staff's status will be Pending until the invitation is accepted by the staff. Except email, all other fields can be edited. You can also add Designation and Additional Information here.

- The staff member will receive an email to accept the invite. Once they confirm the account, they will be able to set up a Bookings account for themselves.

- After the staff accepts the invitation, you can assign services to the staff.

Note: Changes in pricing plan will impact the number of staff that can be added for new users starting out on or after July 10, 2020, based on the subscription plan that they hold with Zoho Bookings.
