Super admins and admins can view and edit this information.
Managers can only view this information.
Staff  can customize their booking page under My Profile> Booking page Settings. 

An admin can customize a staff's booking page by:

• Choosing themes and colors.

• Editing the title, logo, page title, and description.

1. Click Staff in the menu bar.

2. Select the required staff from the left sidebar.

3. Click Booking Page Settings in the middle pane.

4. Choose a layout for your booking page under Layout section. Bookings provide three layouts:

• Sleek

• Default

• Basic (click the arrow next to Default layout to switch to Basic layout)

5. Choose a color under Color Options. The Default layout will only have one color.

6. Under Header Elements, you can perform the below options.

• Logo: Upload a logo image.

1. Image file size should be less than 5 MB.

2. The image can have a height of 50 px and a width of 50 px to 110 px.

3. Applicable file types are JPG, PNG, and GIF.

•  Title: Enter a title here (up to 50 characters). Set the title of the booking page to reflect the nature of your business or the staff.

7. Under Page Elements, you can perform the below options.

• Title: Enter a page title here (up to 50 characters).

• Description: Enter a page description. This ideally includes appointment booking instructions for your customers (up to 2000 characters). 

You can preview the booking page by clicking the Preview picture or Go To options. You can hide a specific element by clicking the eye icon on the left side of each option.

Please note that the description about the staff on the booking page comes from the additional information in their profile (Staff > Staff Information).
