Troubleshooting - Passcode not available for Zoom Meetings

If your customer tries to join the Zoom meeting using the link, but couldn't join as it requires a passcode, then follow the below steps.
  1. Sign in to your Zoom account. 


  1. Click My Account in the top right corner.  


 

  1. Click Settings in the left side options.

 

 

      4. Under Security, enable the toggle option "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click. join".



 

By enabling this option, the passcode for the meeting is encrypted along the meeting link and the meeting can be joined with one-click without entering the password.
