Troubleshooting - Time Slot Availability

Time slots may not be available when you normally would expect them to see on the booking page. This could be due to various reasons.

1. Working Hours
Where did it go? A change in the working hours might make the time slots unavailable within the working hours.
Let's assume Zylker Technologies, an organization with business working hours between 9 AM and 5 PM. A single staff assigned to a service, with working hours between 8 AM and 4 PM would not have slots available in the booking page between 4 PM and 5 PM.

2. Booking Notice
Slot(s) missing! A change in the booking notice might slash the available time slots that fall within the working hours.
Let's assume a Group Booking service that starts on, say March 8th 2021 at 2:00 PM. Let's also assume that the scheduling window for the service starts 2 days before the start day, say March 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM and closes 4 hours prior to the start time, say March 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM. For a business working between 9:00 AM and 05:00 PM, slots would show up only between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

3. External Calendar Event sync
It was there all this time! An external calendar event synced through a calendar sync might cause a usual time slot to not appear on the booking page.
Let's assume that Zoho Bookings is synced with Google Calendar. Also, the business working hours is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A new event created in Google calendar at 4:00 PM will cancel out the available slot during the said duration.

4. Time Off
A time off that has been set for the business can make the time slot to be unavailable.
Let's assume that a time off has been set for Jan 1 to Jan 5, then the slots will not show up on the booking page for these days. You can check if you have added any time off under Settings > General > Working Hours > Time Off.
