Booking Page Settings

Superadmins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.

Set header and footer elements for booking pages so customers can view information about your business, such as the company logo, business name, business contact information, and social media links to your business.

To access Booking Page Settings

Click the Settings

icon in the top right corner, then click Workspaces.

Click the required workspace and then select Booking Page Settings

Header Elements

This section enables you to set a logo and a title for your business. This information will be visible to customers at the top of the booking page.

To enter your business contact information:

Click the logo, then select the required logo from your current device.

The logo can have a maximum size of 5 MB. It can have a height of 50 px and a width of 50 px to 110 px. Applicable file types are jpg, png, and gif.

To edit or delete the image:

Hover over the image. Edit and delete options will appear.

To set a title for your business:

Click the edit icon for the "Title" field.
Enter the required text, then click Save.

To hide a particular header element:

Click the hide icon.

Footer Elements

This section enables you to specify contact information and social media links to your business. This information will be visible to customers at the bottom of the booking page.

The contact number is set to the default value provided while setting up a new account. To edit the contact number:

Click the edit icon.
Enter the required text, then click Save.

The steps to enter information for Email Address, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are similar to the instructions provided above.

To hide a particular footer element:

Click the hide icon to the left of the element.

Note: The number of workspaces that can be added is governed by the subscription plan that users hold with Zoho Bookings.
