Submit Bugs
- Select a project from the Recent Projects section or from the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the Bug tab in the top band to open the Plain view.
- Click Submit Bug.
- Enter the Bug title. Select a Project when submitting from Work Overview > Bugs.
- Enter other details if necessary.
- If your project has mandatory custom fields then you must enter data for these fields before you can save the issue.

- Click Add. Click Add More to continue adding issues.
- Edit the associate layout by clicking the edit icon (
) in the upper-right corner of the form.
Bug ID
Tasks and Issues will have a unique ID with a prefix preceding the ID. For example, Bug Prefix is set as TW, then the Bug ID will be TW-I1. Bug Prefix can be set when creating a new project. Bug Prefix can be changed while editing a project.

Delete Bug From The Details Page
- Select a project from the Recent Projects section or from the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the Bugs tab in the top navigation panel to open the Plain view. Alternately, you can click on an issue from the Kanban view.
- Click on a bug to open the details page.
- Click
in the upper right corner and then click Delete. - Check the confirmation box and then click Delete.
Delete bugs In Bulk
- Select a project from the Recent Projects section or from the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the Bugs tab in the top navigation band to open the Plain view.
- Select multiple bugs and then click
in the bulk update options.
- Click on Delete.
