You can also schedule meetings from the calendar. To schedule meetings, you need to upgrade your Zoho Meeting subscription and activate the integration in Zoho BugTracker.
Schedule Meeting
- Click Calendar in the left navigation pane.
- Click on a date or click on the Add Activity button in the upper-right corner.
- Click
to view more options.
- Click on the Meeting tile (shown only with Zoho Meeting Integration).
- Select a Project.
- Enter the meeting Title.
- Enter the Agenda.
- Select participants in the Add Participants field.
- If you want to invite users other than the project/client users, click the External Users checkbox and enter their email IDs.
- Set a date in the Schedule it on field.
- Set a time in the Starts at field.
- Set a meeting Duration.
- Click Save.
- A meeting invite will be sent to all participants. Participants also receive a notification in Zoho BugTracker and the invite will be pushed to their Feed. Click Start Meeting in the email
- Click Start Now from your feed to start the meeting. You will be redirected to an AV interface for the meeting. (Users must install the Zoho Meeting application for the first time).
- Click Start Sharing to share your screen with participants.
