HubSpot for Zoho BugTracker

The HubSpot for Zoho BugTracker extension makes it easy to keep track of your customers' details, so that you can better prioritize and manage issues in Zoho BugTracker. It lets you manage contacts, deals, and tasks between these applications. You can view all the information from HubSpot within Zoho BugTracker.

Installing the extension

  1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
  2. Search for HubSpot for Zoho BugTracker extension.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  5. Click Install.
  6. Under the General section, select the profiles and projects you want the extension to be shared with or given access to.
  1. Agree to the terms of use.
  2. Click Install Extension.
  1. Click Authorize.
  2. Sign in with your HubSpot credentials. The extension will be authorized and ready to use.

Associating activities from HubSpot

The tasks linked to a contact in HubSpot must be associated with the Zoho BugTracker to access them within the same.

  1. Navigate to your project and click on an issue.
  2. Click HubSpot in the issue tab.
  3. Click Associate Tasks. A search bar will open.
  1. Search for the contact from HubSpot that you would like to associate with. The Contact information, Deals, and Tasks associated with the contact will be fetched and displayed here.
  1. Under Tasks, the Call, Email, and To-Do activities will be displayed. Tap to select the activities you want to link with the issue.
  2. Once selected, click Link Tasks under Activity. The selected tasks will be linked under the specified issue. They can be unlinked anytime.
  3. You can Edit or Delete the tasks within the Zoho BugTracker. This will be reflected in the HubSpot.

Managing Deals

Click the Deals tab to view information about the deals associated with the customer. The details of the deals already available in HubSpot will be displayed in this tab. If the details are not present, you can add them to HubSpot.

  1. The Title, Value, and Status of the latest five deals associated with a customer will be displayed in a tabular format.
  1. Under Activity, click Add New to add new deals to the contact.
  2. Enter Deal Title (mandatory field) and Deal Value.
  3. Make sure the Associated with field has the contact name that the deal is to be associated with.
  4. Click Add.

Managing Tasks

  1. Click the Tasks tab. The Call, Email, and To-Do activities associated with the customer will be displayed.
  1. Under Activity, click Add New to add new tasks to the contact.
  2. Enter Subject (mandatory field), Type, and Due Date. If Type is not selected, the task will be added under Call by default.
  3. Make sure the Associated with field has the contact name that the task is to be associated with.
  4. Click Add.

Uninstalling the extension

  1. Navigate to  > Marketplace > All.
  2. Click Installed.
  3. Click HubSpot for Zoho BugTracker.
  4. Click Uninstall. The extension will be uninstalled, and all the associated data will be lost.
