How can I downgrade my plan?
Only the portal owner can downgrade the plan.

Click your
profile picture
in the upper-right corner of the Zoho Projects top band.

Select
Subscription Details
to view the pricing details.

Click
Change Plan
in the right corner.

Hover over the existing plan and then click
Upgrade /
Downgrade
Plan.

Select the desired plan and click
Downgrade
.

Verify the purchase order and click
Confirm
to successfully downgrade the plan.

A confirmation message about the downgrade is displayed.
