Projects List View - 7.0
Projects list
view gives a quick snapshot of all the projects that you are part of.
Users can see the status of the project, the number of bugs completed,
start and end date, and more.
The fields displayed can be customized to show custom fields or even
disable fields.
Benefits:
- Track, sort and filter projects based on your requirements.
- Edit existing projects.
All Projects
This section lists all your projects in the portal. By default, you will see all the active Projects.
- Click the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
- View all the active projects in your portal.
Edit a Project
- Click Projects in the left navigation panel.
- Hover over a project and click
to view options.
- Click Edit Project
- Modify project information.
- Click Update.
Archived Projects Listing
This section lists the projects that have been archived.
- Click Projects in the left navigation panel.
- Click the drop-down panel.
- Click Archived Projects.
Archive a Project
- Navigate to Projects in the left navigation panel.
- Hover over a project and click
- Select Move to Archive.
- When you archive a project, it will be moved to the Archived Projects section. You can archive and un-archive projects.
- When you archive a project, it will be moved to the Archived Projects section. You can archive and un-archive projects.
- Confirm your action. You can also archive a project from the Project Dashboard.
Trash a Project
- Click Projects in the left navigation panel.
- Hover over a project from the list and click
- Click Trash Project to discard a project.
