Project Reports
Zoho Bugtracker Project reports display project counts by various parameters. Custom project reports lets users create reports be comparing two
criteria. Reports can be generated based on custom and default fields in
projects.
Basic Reports: View project count by Status, Owner, Project Groups, and Client Company
Advanced Reports: View Owner-Wise Project Status, Group-Wise Project Status, Client-Wise Project Status and Custom Project Reports
- Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the drop-down panel.
- Select Project Reports.
- Select a report type to view it.
Custom Project Reports
Custom project reports lets users create reports be comparing two criteria. Reports can be generated based on custom and default fields in projects.
- Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the drop-down panel and select Project Reports.
- Click Custom Project Report.
- Select the criteria and then click Apply.
Export Reports
Project reports can be exported to a PDF file.
- Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
- Click on the drop-down panel and select Project Reports.
- Select a report to export.
- Click
in the upper right corner of the report.
- Click Export to PDF.
System will generate a pdf and then prompt you to save the file. - Users can click on Export History to view reports that have been generated.
