Configure your portal by uploading an image. Send notifications from Zoho BugTracker from your own domain. Edit portal URL, portal owner and rename the bugs tab. Portal Owner can also delete the portal,
Portal Settings
Update Portal Logo
- Click
in the top navigation bar.
- Navigate to Portal Configuration > Configuration > Portal Settings tab.
- Hover over the portal logo click on it
- Click the
icon.
- Select an image from your local computer.
- Resize the image using the resize bar.

Click Preview to view the logo.

Click Upload Photo.
- You can also remove the logo by clicking Delete.
- Supported file formats are jpg/gif/png/jpeg.
- File size should not exceed 500 KB.
- Preferred size of an image is 70x30.
Update Portal Details
- Click
in the top navigation bar.
- Navigate to Portal Configuration > Configuration > Portal Settings tab.
- Click
to the right of your company name.
- Modify the Company Name, Web Address, postal address, and Time Zone.
- Click Update.
Sender Email
To send Zoho BugTracker email notifications from your own email address, you can simply configure the Sender Email and domain.
After your domain and email address is verified, the Zoho BugTracker notifications will be sent from the customized sender email address.
