Subscribe to Zoho Calendar User's Calendar

If you want to check out for events on a calendar owned by your friend/colleague using Zoho Calendar,  you can subscribe to the calendar using their email address. Once the email address is entered, the public calendars from the email ID will be listed and you can subscribe to the calendars from Zoho Calendar.

Steps to subscribe to calendars using email address

  1. Login to Zoho Calendar.
  2. Go to Settings  > Calendar > Subscribe.

  3. Navigate to Zoho Calendar Users.
  4. Enter the email address/name of the Zoho Calendar user and click the appropriate email ID from the options listed.

  5. A list of calendars shared by the user will be available under Public, Org, Shared with me tabs for the entered email address.
  6. You can subscribe to the required calendars by clicking on the Subscribe button next to the calendar.

  7. If you want individual sharing permissions (view free/busy, view event details, edit event details, delegate (or) manage) for any calendar shared by the contact, click on Send request for individual sharing and the request will be sent to the contact for approval.

Steps to Accept a Request for Individual Sharing of Calendars

  1. Login to Zoho Mail.
  2. Open the request mail from the user who wanted access to your calendars. 

  3. Click on Accept request. 
  4. You will be redirected to the sharing permissions page. Select the permission you want to give to the user and click Share.

  5. The calendars will be shared with the user with the given permissions.
