Syncing Zoho Projects events with Zoho Calendar

If you want to view your Zoho Projects calendar on Zoho Calendar, you can use the Subscribe option. When you subscribe to the Projects calendars, all the events will be added to your Zoho Calendar schedule. The events on the Projects calendar can't be edited from Zoho Calendar. In case you want to make any changes to the Projects calendar, you need to login to your Zoho Projects application and make the necessary changes.

Steps to subscribe to Zoho Projects Calendar

  1. Login to Zoho Calendar.
  2. Go to Settings  > Calendar > Zoho Apps.
  3. Click on Zoho Projects.

  4. All the portals you have created in Projects will be available here. Click Subscribe next to the specific portal you want to add to Zoho Calendar.

  5. The calendar will now be added to your Zoho Calendar.
  1. You need to create portals in Zoho Projects in order to subscribe from Zoho Calendar. If Zoho Projects is not configured, it will not be available for subscription in Zoho Calendar. 
  2. If you want to stay up to date on the events added to the subscribed Zoho Projects calendar, click on the Update button in the More options menu. Even otherwise, the calendar will be auto-updated every 12 hours.
