Zoho Recruit Sync
Zoho Recruit is the best solution application to manage the hiring process in an organization. Using the features provided in Recruit, one can efficiently handle the recruitment process without having to face any complexities. The Recruit application has calendar features built-in with the app to facilitate scheduling of recruitment and other events/meetings. The Recruit calendar can be synchronized with the Zoho Calendar using a two-way sync feature provided in Zoho Calendar. This transfers all the information present in the Recruit calendar to Zoho Calendar and helps manage several calendars in one platform.
Steps to Set-up Zoho Recruit Sync
- Login to Zoho Calendar.
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Zoho Apps.
- Click on Zoho Recruit Calendar.
- Make sure your Account is verified and Events module is enabled in Recruit.
- Click the Sync button to start the synchronization between both the calendars.
- The sync will be initiated when Initiating Zoho Recruit sync appears.
- After the synchronization is done, the Turn off sync button appears.
- Refresh the calendar to view your changes.
- The Recruit calendar will now be available under App calendars and events will be synced.
You can make changes to your Recruit calendar from your Zoho calendar itself. If you add/edit/delete events in your Recruit calendar on Zoho calendar, the changes will be updated on your Recruit calendar as well.
To sync your Zoho Recruit Calendar with your Zoho Calendar, you need to set up Zoho Recruit for your Zoho account.
Steps to stop the synchronization of Zoho Recruit Calendar
- Login to Zoho Calendar.
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Zoho Apps.
- Click on Zoho Recruit Calendar.
- Click the Turn off sync button.
The Recruit calendar will now be disabled for sync and removed from your App calendars.
