Consider it as a one large storage box for all your Campaign related files that you can access on the go. Let's explore what it offers in detail.
The media file that you can upload to the library include
Images
Videos
PDFs
GIFs
The file types are divided as separate sections in the Library homepage. In the All section, you can view all the files in one place, regardless of the file type. In the Image section, you can only view your uploaded images. Similarly, the Videos, PDFs and GIFs section only shows such particular files under its sections.
Only the following file formats are supported by Zoho Campaigns for uploading documents: jpg, png, gif, mp4, pdf, docx, txt, rtf, odt, xls(x), sxc, csv, tsv, ods, ppt(x), pps(x), odp, and sxi.
Maximum file size allowed is 5 MB for Images, 15 MB for Videos, and 20 MB for other type of files.

Navigate to the Files section Under the Library module from the console.
You can switch over to the particular file type section if you want, but you can also upload any file type from the All section.
In the top right, Click the Upload dropdown and select From Computer.
In the pop-up window, you will see a box with all the supported file types mentioned.
You can directly drag and drop files from your computer into the box to add them,
Or you can click on that box which will open your file explore window, from where you can select the file that you want and select upload.
Select the Upload button again in the pop-up window to finish uploading the file to Zoho Campaigns.
Your document will be added to Campaigns within a few seconds based on the size of the file.
Once uploaded, you will be able to see a small upload window showing all the files you upload along with a upload progress bar, which will also show any files that failed to upload.

In the top right, Click the Upload dropdown and select From Web.
In the pop-up window, enter the URL of that media file that is present on the web.
The file limit is mentioned as a note below. Make sure your file falls under the size limit, otherwise compress the size and reupload the URL to fetch the file.
Once uploaded, you can view the image already available in your Library.

In the top right, Click the Upload dropdown and select From Cloud.
In the pop-up window, you'll see several cloud services to choose from, including:
1. Zoho Workdrive
2. Google Drive
3. Dropbox
4. OneDrive
5. Box
It is advised that you integrate these cloud services with Zoho Campaigns beforehand so that it is accessible to you in the Library in just a click.
In case you don't have them integrated, you can directly click on the Authenticate (Cloud service name) button and connect your cloud account to Campaigns to import files.
Once the cloud service is accessible, click on any file that you want to attach and select the attach button finish importing a file.
You can create folders and switch between folders in the library to separate items and have segregate it based on your needs. These folders are universal across the product. When you are creating a campaign, you can just select the folder and make use of the files inside the folder and drop them into your email content.
To create a folder,
Select the All Folders dropdown in the Files section under Library.
Click on the + Create Folder button
Give a name to your folder to differentiate it from others
Click Save and you will successfully created a folder.
You can customize how you want to view the file items in the library or any of your folder in particular. You can either choose a Grid View or a List View and you can choose between the either of them from the icons at the top.
A few basic functions that you can perform with the files in your library includes an option to download or delete a file by clicking three dots and select either of the options. You can also click a file item to view them in full screen, where you also get a Download and a Delete button at the top.
