To send WhatsApp campaigns, you need to create a content template, then get it reviewed and verified by Meta. Once the content template is verified, you will be able to send any number of WhatsApp campaigns using the same content template. You can create WhatsApp content templates and manage them under Library in Zoho Campaigns to use it later when you want to send a campaign. You create templates here to save them for later, it's as simple as that
In this document, we'll walk through the process of creating templates, getting them reviewed by Meta, and managing them from the library.
Similar to Email templates, creating a Whatsapp template is quite simple and repeats some steps from the Email Campaign creation process.
To create a template from the Library:
From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Whatsapp.
Click Create New in the top-right corner of the page.
From the creation page, enter your template details including:
Template Name - Give a name to your whatsapp template to identify it.
Category - Choose whether it is a Marketing or a Utility message template.
Language - Select the language you want to send the message in.

In the Message details section, start entering the content details, such as:
Header - Title or Media type which can be just a text heading, an Image, a Video or a document.
Body content - Enter the content of the message. You can explain the message here entirely or the content can be a follow up of the media file shown in the header.
Footer - A short line below the main content which is usually where unsubscribe messages are included. Inform the recipient they can type STOP in English if they want to be unsubscribed from your WhatsApp campaigns.

Next, set up buttons to the content. You can choose three buttons, such as phone number, URL, and quick reply. Click Save.
After entering all your details, check the Content Preview section in the right and make sure your content looks exactly how you want.
Click Send for Review once you are done.
The review process may take from a few hours to one or two days. You can send campaigns using the template once it is approved by Meta.
Draft - When a template creation process is on going and has not been sent for review.
Pending - When a template has been sent for review and the process is ongoing.
Approved - When a template has been approved by Meta. You can go ahead and send WhatsApp campaigns using that template.
From the navigation toolbar, click Library and select WhatsApp.
Hover over the draft you would like to edit and click Edit.
You will be taken to the Message Builder page, which has all the parts of the template. You can start making the changes directly as you would when creating the template. It is the same functionality as before.
Click Send for review once you've made all the changes.

From the navigation toolbar, click Library and select WhatsApp Templates.
Hover over the Template you would like to clone and click the Three dots.
Choose the Clone option and a clone of that template will be created.
From the navigation toolbar, click Library and select WhatsApp Templates.
Hover over the Template you would like to delete and click the Three dots.
Choose the Delete option.
Click Delete in the confirmation popup that follows and you've successfully deleted the template.

You can also move templates between folders by selecting the template and selecting the destination folder in the Move to Folder dropdown or selecting Create New Folder to move the template to a new folder. Templates are created in the folder window that is currently open.
You can create and toggle between folders in the library to separate items/templates. Along with the document segregation, you can also separate your templates based on the categories of Marketing and Utility. By selecting the Marketing and Utility sub headings at the top, you can choose to view only one category of templates. This makes it easier to locate and select a suitable template instead of having to manually dig around all the saved templates.
