Integration with Event based apps

Eventbrite 

Eventbrite is an event management platform used to create and manage events such as meetups, conferences, and product launches. Integrating Eventbrite with Zoho Campaigns allows you to sync registrants and attendees as contacts for event-based campaigns.

  1. Sync events, registrants, and attendees from Eventbrite.
  2. Create mailing lists for event participants.
  3. Use workflows for event follow-up communication.
  4. Segment contacts based on event participation and engagement.
  5. View sync activity and integration history from Zoho Campaigns.

Note 
  1. Eventbrite integrations use pre-mapped fields by default and field mapping cannot be modified. 

Prerequisites 

  1. You must have an active Eventbrite account. If you have multiple accounts, only one account can be selected for integration.
  2. Only users with Administrator permission in both Eventbrite and Zoho Campaigns can setup the sync.
  3. If GDPR is enabled in your account, the Lawful basis for communication must be configured.

 Integrate with Eventbrite   

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Select Eventbrite under Marketing Apps and click Connect

  4. Log into your Eventbrite account in the new page that opens

  5. After your account is connected, go back to Zoho Campaigns

  6. Select Eventbrite and click Connect.

  7. A pop up appears to Integrate with Eventbrite

  8. In the pop up:
    1. Select the Organization to Integrate
    2. Choose the Webinar you want to sync.
    3. Enable the toggle button to Create new mailing lists for new events(Optional).
    4. Select a topic if required.

  9. Click Initiate to complete the integration.

 What happens if I deny my Eventbrite account integration?   

If you deny/change Eventbrite integration:

  1. You can't import your contacts from Eventbrite.

  2. Eventbrite campaigns in the draft cannot be sent.

  3. Eventbrite stats and results will not be generated.

Denying access to Eventbrite   

Follow the steps given below to disconnect your Eventbrite account.

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Click Apps under Integrations.

  3. Select Eventbrite under Connected Apps.

  4. Click the Disconnect option after clicking the three dots in the right.

  5. A pop appears informing about the effect of disconnecting.

  6. Click Proceed.

 Post Integration 

  • You can always go back and edit the Sync details and Field Mapping

  • You can also view the Sync History which logs all the actions related to this integration.

Zoho Backstage 

Zoho Backstage helps you manage events and track attendee engagement. When integrated with Zoho Campaigns, it allows you to promote events, communicate with attendees, and analyze engagement using your campaign data.
This integration is useful for managing event communication before, during, and after your events.

Features 

  1. Import attendee and event details into Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Use campaigns to drive registrations and engagement.
  3. Set up workflows for event reminders and follow-ups.
  4. Track responses and campaign performance for your events.

 Prerequisites 

  1. You must have an active Zoho books account. If you have multiple accounts, only one account can be selected for integration.
  2. Only users with Administrator permission in both Zoho Recruit and Zoho Campaigns can setup the sync.

Set up integration with Zoho Backstage   

The organization administrator performs the following procedure to integrate a portal of any user of the organization. 

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Select Zoho Backstage and click Connect.

  4. A pop up appears to Integrate with Zoho Backstage

  5. In the pop up:
    1. Select the portal/Organization to Integrate
    2. Choose the type of events you want to sync.
    3. Enable the toggle button to Create new mailing lists for new events(Optional).
    4. Select a topic to integrate (Optional).

  6. Click Initiate to complete the integration.

 What happens if I deny/change my Zoho Backstage account integration?   

If you deny/change Zoho Backstage integration:

  1. All the active syncs will be disabled.

  2. Scheduled event-based campaigns will be moved to draft.

  3. You cannot import attendees or send campaigns to them.

 Denying access to Zoho Backstage   

  1. Click Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Under connected apps, Select Zoho Backstage.

  4. Click the Disconnect option after clicking the three dots in the right.

  5. A pop appears informing about the effect of disconnecting.

  6. Click Disconnect.

 Post Integration 

  • You can always go back and edit the Sync details and Field Mapping

  • You can also view the Sync History which logs all the actions related to this integration including Total Records, Added, Updated, Skipped contacts.
